The info links on the CoverColorado website are down the left hand side of the page.  One is to get quotes: &lt;a href="https://www.covercolorado.org/default.asp?contentID=677" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" title="https://www.covercolorado.org/default.asp?contentID=677"&gt;https://www.covercolorado.o...&lt;/a&gt;  That page also explains the premium discounts available for an applicant whose household income under $50,000/year or $40,000/year.  However, CoverColorado was never intended to provide coverage specifically for low income individuals.  Instead, it's set up as a program to provide health insurance for people who are able to afford guarantee issue coverage, but unable to qualify for a policy in the private market because of pre-existing medical conditions.&lt;br&gt;There are, however, other programs available for those with low incomes.  Eligibility varies quite a bit, and you may want to contact the state to see if there's a program that might work for you. Their web sites are dead ended.  this page answers no questions nor gives quotes or explains anything to one who is interested in a policy.   They talk themselves up like they are there to help people who need  insurance yet what i have read f rom others is it is  way too high or same boat as getting or trying to get health insurance through the other insur companies.  well when you do not make much money and have health issues how are you to pay fees over head like 7 and 800 a month???????  please explain this to me.
